Lots of charm for this completely renovated one-bedroom apartment, literally a stone's throw from the beach.

You can spend all your holidays on foot (parking spaces at the bottom of the building) and the apartment has all the amenities for a peaceful holiday (television, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board , mini oven, small fridge, ceramic hob, electric heating, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, duvets, etc.)

This apartment is also ideal for your business trips as it has Ethernet sockets and WiFi (free) in each room.
And what could be nicer than starting your day with the sound of the waves and ending it with a little jog on the GR34 or a picnic on the beach?
And if you have a craving for pancakes, delicious restaurants located just a few meters away will make you happy.
Unless you want to end your evening with a movie or a trip to the casino;)

The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator, it is oriented to the west (street side) and therefore the sun gives from noon until evening.

At the foot of the building: the sea and three magnificent beaches await you, as well as a seawater swimming pool with diving board and a paddling pool for children.
You will also find there in summer: a children's club, rental of windsurfing boards and other stand-up paddleboards, canoes and kayaks, a youth leisure center for teenagers (with initiation to water sports and beach sports), …
The beaches are family friendly and supervised by lifeguards.

The GR 34 coastal path passes at the foot of the building and will be the source of pleasant walks which will allow you to discover breathtaking panoramas.

100 m away: the casino, the mini-golf course, the bookshop, the bakery, the CocciMarket mini-market, the tourist office, in short, all the shops - but also the pharmacy, several medical practices, etc.

A little further: the cinema, the old stranding port and the deep-water port, local supermarkets (Netto, Carrefour Market, Super U).

The apartment is also ideal for exploring the region: you will discover the highest cliffs in Brittany at PLOUHA, the wonderful island of Bréhat, the Pink Granite Coast, Saint-Malo, the small port of Binic, …

Practical side: on the ground floor, you have a room where you can leave your bikes, strollers, windsurfing boards, VAE, Stand-up paddle.
The residence is secure and is accessible via a badge and/or a digicode.

Only small dogs are accepted, if clean. Thank you for your understanding.

"Lumineux"
Accueil très sympathique, de bons conseils pour les commerces. Brochures touristiques à disposition.
L'appartement est très lumineux comme sur les photos.
La situation est idéale pour les moments plage, les courses, et oublier la voiture, le GR34 est tout proche !
Petit déjeuner au doux son des vagues !
La pièce à vivre et la chambre sont très agréables et décorées avec goût.
Un grand choix de vaisselle dans une grande armoire, très pratique.
Salle de bain juste un peu étroite surtout pour les toilettes mais la douche est top.
Ah j'oubliais la literie est bonne et nous avons apprécié d'avoir à disposition le linge de maison qui était impeccable.
Un séjour bien agréable.

"Appartement de rêve dans un lieu idéal !"
L’appartement de la plage est parfaitement situé, à quelques mètres de la plage, sans trottoir à traverser (idéal pour les enfants !) Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer des vacances très agréable. L’ensoleillement est parfait. Tout est confortable, simple, à entretenir, et de très bon goût : très joli mobilier breton d’époque, en particulier !
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de la propriétaire, très aimable, très discrète, et la facilité d’arrivée et de départ.
L’appartement est très propre, entièrement refait à neuf. Tout le matériel nécessaire est disponible.
Nous reviendrons définitivement dans cette endroit(la station balnéaire, très agréable !) Et l’appartement de la plage est vraiment le meilleur endroit pour en profiter ! Bravo, et merci à la propriétaire !
